Matt re-plumbed the master bedroom commode. Very efficient company procedure. They called me a few hours ahead and then again when they were on their way. He came in a sparkling white uniform but was not afraid of difficult work. He took a lot of time to go over many other problems I had on my mind about this old house — from water softener to shower leaks and explained my options. Great attitude and service. Very knowledgeable, even about my well and iron problems! I will be definitely calling them again shortly.

EXCELLENT Company and EXCELLENT Service Repair Man, Matt! I scheduled my Angie’s List Big Deal with Four Seasons Plumbing and they quickly made an appointment for me. The Service person, Matt, arrived promptly and looked very professional. He looked at my tub that had been leaking since I have owned this house for the last 3 years. I told Matt that my small leaky faucet has probably caused me a lot of extra money in my water bill over the last three years. He located the water turn off valve which was not readily apparent and turned the water off. He then took my 1960 bathtub Faucet and Handles off. That is where he found the band for the faucet was actually made of leather. Hey, it is a 1960 house! I was pretty surprised. Matt then put washers on both sides of the band, cleaned out my drain since it was draining slow and wrapped up the job. He turned the water back on and made sure that the leak was not leaking anymore. Matt then asked me to come into the bathroom where he showed me exactly what he had done, both when the faucet was off and then back on. He turned the water on and off and the leak had stopped. I then turned the water off and on. When I turned the water off I cranked down on the handles like I am so used to doing to try to get the water to stop. Matt smiled and said “no, you don’t have to do that anymore.” He then showed me I just needed to turn the handles off normally and told me that if I cranked down on the handles then the rings would break. After that he asked me if he or his Company could help me with anything else before he left. I said no and signed his paperwork. Matt provided me with my receipt and a couple of business cards with his name and company name on them.

Matt, the seasoned Four Seasons Plumbing Technician, not only fixed all the issues I had identified, but also he found areas of concern that I should keep an eye on and he found a problem under my sink that needed immediate attention. I truly appreciated the initiative Matt took to look over all my plumbing and find these areas that I needed to keep an eye upon or that required his immediate expertise. The initial call into Four Seasons was also a nice experience as the woman answering the phone was lively, pleasant, and very professional. She called me back the day the technician was coming and she called again to let me know he would be there in less than an hour and then Matt, the technician, called when he was on his way to my home. This allowed me to go on with my day and get things done away from the house. Great experience and i will use Four Seasons again.
