Installed 80 gallon Rheem electric water heater, drain; remove and haul off existing water heater. Installed new water heater in aluminum pan with 1″ drain line to floor drain. New 1/4 turn shut offs on hot and cold + 5 gallon expansion tank. Installed full port drain. Included annual flush and check up for life of warranty (12 year warranty).- replaced existing faucet with owner supplied Moen single handle. Replaced hot and cold emergency stops and raise up water lines to meet supply lines.- Replaced dishwasher supply with stainless steel braided supply. Shutoff water and remove supply. Install new 1/4 turn stop and stainless steel supply line.- Ice maker supply and shut off. Install new 1/4 turn shut off and stainless steel supply line from under sink to refrigerator.We were impressed with Four Seasons Plumbing, especially Max Rose (owner) and Matt Morrill. It is a family run business, that offers personal attention and care without sacrificing professionalism. They were right on target with their estimate, and were prompt. We never felt pressured to buy things unnecessarily, but were clearly informed of any repair that needed to be made with clearly laid out estimates.

Contacted the provider for assistance with turning off the water line as I had a medical issue and couldn’t accomplish the task myself. The office related that they were swamped (I wasn’t able to call for assistance until noon on the 16th) so she wasn’t sure that they could respond this date so an appt was set for Sat. early AM but if a repairman became available later in the early evening she would contact me. I got a call at approximately 5:10 and the office advised that she had someone available. Ryan arrived shortly there after and instead of just turning off the water to the two possible appliances that could be leaking, he identified the dishwasher as the culprit. Ryan was apologetic that he couldn’t repair the leak as it will require an KA appliance repairman to obtain the needed part. When I asked as to the charge, Ryan stated that the office told him there would be no charge for turning the water off – could’t believe it! I will definitely use this provider again not only due to their kindness but also the swift identification of the issue.

It went great- he even showed me how to use the special tool to loosen the disposal blade should anything get stuck again. He checked all of the lines to be sure there were no more blockages, etc. He again went the extra mile in giving us the excellent service that he has for years.

Non-working toilet repaired; handle replaced on other toilet; bathroom sink stoppers adjusted so water drains much more easily; piping replaced for sinks, ice maker, washing machine; kitchen basket strainer replaced; 40 gallon hot water heater replaced. It was easy to make an afternoon appointment that fit my work schedule for the minor repairs I originally requested. While showing Max the items needing repair, we noticed several leaks in the kitchen ceiling. Since my water heater is upstairs, it seemed pretty apparent that was the source of the leaks. The timing of my appointment could not have been better as on inspection, Max found that my water heater needed to be replaced asap. He was very willing to go to the shop to find a new water heater and stay the time required to do my minor repairs as well as replace the water heater. He made wonderful suggestions for preventative care. He also provided a very detailed quote with several options that impacted pricing before performing the work. I was very happy with the cost of services and with the work done. All repairs/replacements were done correctly and everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend Four Seasons Plumbing.
