I received great service from Four Seasons. I had a stubborn kitchen drain clog that I had unsuccessfully tried to auger myself. Four Seasons sent Ben to my house within 48 hours. He inspected the drain line in the basement to locate the likely area of the clog. Then he worked the drain clog with his auger for 10 minutes twice to get the drain flowing. He also gave me tips on how to keep the drain clear in the future. The service charge was reasonable. Both Ben and Kayla in the office were great to work with - good communication and reliable. I would use them again.

The office staff, Kayla in particular today, is wonderful. They communicate consistently and professionally, letting me know how the day is progressing for the service providers. I appreciate not having to wait at home for hours on end, because they call and give a half hour notice so that if I do need to go out, I can be home in plenty of time. Garrett encountered an unusual (and complicated) situation at my property that required a great deal of diplomacy with other service providers working on the same problem. He handled it extremely professionally.

Polite & professional. My mother in law previously used this group for some home plumbing upgrades and she raved about their friendliness and professionalism. I called them for an emergency visit about a fast dripping leak in my basement. The woman answering the phone was nice and scheduled us quickly for the next morning. Richard showed up on time, he was wonderful in explaining everything in a way easy for the average homeowner to understand, and he clearly layed out options (with the fees visible) for the different levels of repair available for our leak. I like that he used a large iPad with a pricing program so I had a visual comparison of my options and that he could email me the lists directly for my own records. While I think their pricing is steep, most professional plumbers are pricey because of labor costs, and you get what you pay for in experience. I have no doubt that the work was done correctly and the repairs will last. They clearly stand behind their work. I will absolutely use them again. A+
